It's been about a year since I started writing about our family home on this blog and it's hard work! I've been traveling for work again (Korea this time), and between work, kid and personal life, I'm just finding that I barely have time to exercise, let alone blog. It seemed a lot more exciting when it was being built and I had no other outlet to obsess about it. But now that the home is all but complete (save for some punch list items), I'm just trying to enjoy living in it.
Anyway, one thing I would like to do is to update this blog with some completed photos and tie up some loose ends. Like this tree--the City did actually follow through with its promise of a tree. It was all of a sudden there when I came back from Korea Monday night. Cool. And we still have to follow-through on our LEED certification--that will be an adventure all on its own.
